The Madison Select Board is notifying the public that the Town will be taking sealed bids on the following property:

20 PARK STREET
TAX MAP 021-060
BOOK 4366 PAGE 351 SOMERSET COUNTY REGISTRY OF DEEDS

The minimum bid is $27,500 to cover the cost of back taxes, unpaid utilities, legal and administrative costs associated with the property and the cost of clean up of the lot and removal of all buildings.

Cash or Bank Check only. No financing or payment plans will be considered. Funds should NOT be included in the bid, but payment should be received within 7 days of the Select Board decision.

Bids must be received at the Town Office by 4pm on Monday July 24, 2023. The Select Board will open and consider bids at the scheduled meeting on July 24, 2023 at 6:30pm at the Old Point School Meeting Room. The Madison Select Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
